EVIHDAF is an international research and evaluation organization which serves the West and Central Africa region. It has legal presence in Cameroon and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). It is represented by Institutions in Niger, Nigeria, Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal; and by Individual Consultants in a number of other countries.

EVIHDAF is headquartered in Yaounde, Cameroon.
